REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR THE 2024-25 SCHOOL YEAR

REGISTRATION UPDATE:

For the 2024 - 2025 school year, Millwoods Christian School is full in planned classes from Kindergarten to Grade 2, Grade 4 and Grade 9 in the Millwoods Christian program. We will no longer accept enrolment requests for these grade levels in this program.

If you are registering for Kindergarten or are new to Edmonton Public Schools, you must register online.

 

Edmonton Public Schools Millwoods Christian School Program Enrolment Information

This process is for students new to Millwoods Christian School ONLY!

Current MCS students should follow the directions that are on SchoolZone.

We are a Christian Alternative Program School and as such require additional documentation in support of this program. If you are registering at Millwoods Christian School, please make sure you are completing all steps as outlined in the instructions below.

The following information will help you register/enrol in the Millwoods Christian School program school. 

Step 1: Prepare documents

Submit the Millwoods Christian School Registration Form. Submit all required documents as outlined in the checklist by March 18, 2024 to millwoodschristian@epsb.ca.

Please note that you must SAVE the downloaded document to your computer prior to filling it out.

For students NEW to Edmonton Public Schools, prepare digital copies of the following documents: 

  • legal proof of the student’s name, citizenship/immigration status and birthdate; and 
  • the address for where you live. 

Step 2: Complete registration or pre-enrolment

Step 3: After March 22

  • The school will create their class lists and share with families whether they were accepted into planned classes or not, by April 12, 2024. 
  • If the student was not accepted due to full in planned classes, the school will work with you to discuss options and provide a form to indicate your second choice of school. Your child will be eligible to attend their designated school or any other Division school with available space. 

Step 4: Complete the Millwoods Christian Society (MCSS) documentation (ex., Society membership)

MCSS collects program fees to support Christian programming at Millwoods Christian School.  If you would like more information about these fees or the Society, please visit their website at www.mcssociety.org 

Once you have been accepted, your Millwoods Christian School Society (MCSS) Registration must be set up with their office by April 26, 2024 along with payment of a registration fee of $85.00. We will send you the link to the form via email.
